Today is Sneak a Zucchini on Your Neighbor’s Porch Day, and this year, I’m seeing more than ever how necessary such a holiday is. Our garden is officially in zucchini overload mode, so I thought I’d assemble a big ol’list of things to make with zucchini for myself – and my poor unwitting neighbors too. Let’s hope they don’t have video surveillance.
