My first time here and now my go-to nail spa! The atmosphere was soothing and relaxed! I went in for a pedicure and it took one hour and a half on my feet and worth every minute! Nick has magic hands!!! It cost $45 and I gave Nick a nice tip! Very pleased experience and a lot of customers!

This place use to be a great place to go to before COVID, now the prices are outrageous and the staff are super rude. My issue is simple, I don’t do fil-in when it comes to my eyebrows (full naturally) therefore why would you get mad when you ask to groom my eyebrows to my “liking” ?? Make it make sense.

I go to orchid once a month for a $100 pedicure. I know it’s not much but it’s my little extra for myself. Always amazing, the people are fun and kind, great atmosphere. Well until today, i walked in, told the gentleman up front i wanted a pedicure he told me to go to the back so i did. Another gentleman walked up to a woman on her cell (was outside yelling when I pulled up) she looked at him then me ,turned her nose up said something in her native language then walked away. He walked up to another lady doing a pedicure and spoke to her for a few minutes, the cell phone lady came back sat down talking to another young lady doing a pedicure very animated. I stood there for over 10 minutes and no one said anything to me, not have a seat, a wait time, if i had a preference, good afternoon….nothing. I finally just bid them a good day and left. I was so disappointed. The atmosphere was tense, employees were rude, and I literally felt shunned. Up until today they were 5 star for me. Any other business would’ve gotten 1 from me ,I’m taking past experience into account for the stars but i won’t be going back. I wish them nothing but the best

Ehh about the same as any place you see out here. Nothing special. People were nice but guy was too fast which meant my fill in was sloppy. I’ve also never had so much extra acrylic on my hands that I had to scrub off and the tech even had to scratch off. I appreciate him working with me when I did not like the original design (didn’t look like the pic I brought). I only went here because my normal place is closed on Sunday and I broke a nail. Probably won’t go back. End result is still wearable for 2 weeks.

First they have a bunch of younger folks in there working. I guess their children who doesn’t want the job or to do nails and it shows in the quality of service they provide. It’s not worth it! Too expensive to be providing poor quality work. Not coming back going to my old nail salon I miss.Pedicure,Waxing,Gel manicures

The full sets are way too expensive and your won’t even last two weeks. Also the young lady that was doing my nails has the worst attitude. She is rude . The young one that sit next to the tall young man that does nails. I wont be going back
