Re: G & B pickups
Hey aneyekay1, I have never used them and never heard of them, but I'm curious, how do they sound like? Sometimes, people say stock pickups suck, but it's really a question of tastes I think

Re: G & B pickups
G&B pickups come stock in many Far-Eastern produced guitars (Reverend, Tradition, LTD, Schecter etc.) and if i recall correctly it's a Korean brand. They are solid built but i don't care for their tonal abilities, so i replaced them with custom winds on three guitars of mine and two guitars of a friend and the results were really much better. They must be really cheap to buy, but i'm not sure if you can purchase them separately. Oh, and the magnets of my G&B pups are all alnico 5.

Re: G & B pickups
I have a set of G & B pickups also, They came out of an SG copy I had. They actually sound pretty good to me, so I'm going to put them in my next project.

G&B just opened a new factory in Indonesia and are moving a lot of their production there.
